At Ziddizen, we want you to love what you wear. If you need to exchange a product, we've made the process simple, transparent, and fair.
Exchange Eligibility
You can request an exchange if your item meets the following conditions:
- Exchange request is made within 15 days of delivery.
- The product is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- Original tags and proof of purchase are included.
- Exchanges are generally size-based, but certain styles may be eligible for swap (subject to availability).
Note: Some items are non-exchangeable for hygiene or safety reasons:
- Innerwear (boxers, briefs, lingerie, etc.)
- Socks and hosiery
- Face masks and protective accessories
- Customized, printed, or personalized T-shirts
- Items purchased during flash sales or clearance events
- Gift cards or vouchers
How to Request an Exchange
Follow these simple steps:
- Contact our support team via email or Shopify returns portal.
- Provide your order number, item details, requested size, and photos if the item is damaged.
- Once approved, ship the item back using the instructions we provide.
- After inspection, we will ship your replacement item.
Exchange Shipping Charge
In case of an approved exchange, a shipping fee will be applied to cover the return and reshipment process. This fee ensures smooth handling and quality verification of your exchanged product.
Processing Time
Exchange approval typically takes 3–7 business days.
Replacement shipping time depends on your location and chosen shipping method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Report it within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include clear photos of the item and packaging.
International Exchanges
International exchanges may incur additional shipping or customs fees.
Domestic exchanges are preferred for faster processing.
